The BEST Morning Routine Tips

Morning routine is important and a keyway to manifest your dream life. I am still working on the whole wake up early part BIG TIME but having a routine in the morning is fun and can get your day going 10x faster than without one. Here are some 10 quick tips to get you up and ready to manifest your best life!
Get up early. YUCK, I am awful at this, but it is proven that people that wake up earlier are usually healthier, happier and more successful. Waking up at 6 am is recommended but if you are like me and hate the mornings, I would suggest 8 or 9 am to start.
GET AN ALEXA! Seriously seriously this is the BEST thing that has happened to my mornings, Alexa is a clock that has a Siri activated voice or “Alexa”. You can literally set the alarm clock to wake you up at a certain time with the news, a daily meditation or a motivational story to get you up and out of bed!
Listen to something in the morning if you do not have Alexa, put on a podcast while you are stretching to get out of bed. Put on some morning motivational music to get up and ready!
DO NOT look at your phone too early in the morning or in bed, I fail at this too, I always wake up and the first thing I look at is my phone, but this is SO bad for your health. Try and put your phone away from your bed for better rest and a better morning.
The first thing I do when I get up is listen to the news, put on music, and look at my CALENDER. My CALENDER is the best thing ever! Every day I plan out lucky number 3 goals to do and then at the bottom I write what I am GRATEFUL FOR and a daily AFFIRMATION/PHRASE/MANTRA.- dreams
Writing out what you are grateful for and what you want to affirm that day has been the biggest blessing in my life. I CANNOT start my day now without doing it. It starts my day off with a positive grateful message that subconsciously makes me happier and create more things I am grateful for. Affirmations can be something you want to achieve that day, remember for that day, or something you are manifesting.
Getting up and getting moving is always a good thing. What I do is some stretches and 100 sit ups and 10 squats to get my body, blood and energy moving.
CHUG WATER! Chug a glass of water as soon as you get up. Did you know that when you wake up if you feel exhausted or like you’ve been hit by a bus it actually could mean you are dehydrated because of not drinking for those hours of sleep! Crazy! IT DOES WORK though!
Eat a healthy breakfast if you are hungry filled with fruits! A yogurt fruit bowl is my go-to in the morning with a protein shack filled with mushroom ingredients!
GET DRESSED! Changing your temples clothing, makeup, hair, etc. can make you feel like you are not only mentally ready for the day but also physically ready!
